Part 1 Index of Special Cards
| 1 | Cyprus Gardens | You win the trip to Florida! This is a one-time deal and you do not need to pass it to the other player. |
| 2 | Save 25 cents | You have the option of switching hands with the other player (with, of course, the exception of the Florida card) |
| 3 | Two of Clubs, the evil card | You must give one king or two wild cards to the other player |
| 4 | Ace of Spades, the good card | When played, you can choose any four cards from your opponent's hand - without looking at the faces |
| 5 | Kings | Cards you need to collect to win |
| 6 | Wild Card | Go wild! Just kidding. 2 wild cards = 1 king |
Part 2 Preparation
Remove special cards 1-4 and shuffle. Deal
ten cards to each player. Each checks his or her own pile to see
if. oops. Pick the wild card by cutting the deck. THEN
each player checks to see if he or she has been dealt a winning hand.
Insert special cards and shuffle the draw pile.
Part 3 Objective
The objective of the game is to obtain the four
kings. Remember 2 wild cards = 1 king.
Part 4 Gameplay
- WYPASSING: Each player selects a card and holds it face down on the table. The cards are then simultaneously flopped face up.
- COMPARISON: The player with the lower card (Jokers can be anything from 2 to Ace but not kings or wild cards) gets to draw 3 cards from the top of the draw pile. The 2 used cards are put at the bottom of the draw pile.
- in the event of a tie: both players select an additional card to put down. The winner craws four cards. For each extra tie, add 3 cards to that the winner can draw... so 4, 7, 10...
- CONCLUSION: The player who obtains 4 kings or
equivalent wins.
Part 5 Revision History
|
|
|
Mr. Savre brought up a good point - only 2 players for now |
|
|
|
In the event that one player has only Kings or wild cards, both players draw an additional card |
|
|
|
If a special card is chosen as wild, another should be chosen, as special cards cannot be wild |
|
|
|
When a player draws two or more special cards, they should be considered in the order listed in the index |
Addition questions should be posed to Lisa Dixon
or William Chen.
